Early deduction ,added interest
Easton Berry collections started deducting in November the 25th ,and when they called I was informed that in December there will be an early deduction, but I emphasized that I don't get paid earlier, and the lady said she will make a note that they don't deduct earlier, but still they deducted on the 13th of December, and I reversed as its not the agreement, now to my surprise I get a call saying that also added interest for none payment, I wasn't treated fairly and deduction was supposed to run on the 24th of December, this company is treating me unfairly and the consultants are rude, all I want is for them to remove the interest added and continue paying on the agreed date of the 25th

We further confirm that we have explained that all charges app**** on the account was correct and in line with the Debt Collectors Act. No interest was app**** on the payment you reversed as the system automatically removed same soon as you proceeded to reverse the early payment.
