Dissapointed

The service is very bad we requested a paid up letter which we need for the clearance certificate but all the number of phone calls did not solve anything . I was told to email for the paid up letter but no confirmation of receipt email. It's very disappointing to not know what to do in situations where people can't help you. Please help!!!
