Disputing Balance

In July last year I queried my balance and Dineshree advised that it was R1894.40. Today I called Easton Berry after emailing on numerous occasions with no reply to find out what my balance is as it should have been my last payment. By my surprise, even after paying another R1500 since July to December, my balance is R1695. How can this be? How could only R200 be offset against my balance after all the payments I've made? This is ridiculous. Can someone please get to the bottom of this.
