DISGUSTED

Disgusted in the service provided & the charges that I had to pay for calls made to get a settlement amount, when in actual fact service was terrible & never received statement I requested anyway.

It's amazing you call to pay up the debt in full & goes up instead of down!!!!!!! I made a payment arrangement & have never missed one but still went up in matter of a day.

I do thank Busisiwe Gamedala who was polite & helped me but for the rest of EASTON BERRY / RCS / RCA what joke with service & any form of help!!!! I hope i never have to deal with any one them in the future. Account now paid in full thank goodness.

Do the right thing & still get *****ed!!!
