Debit Order Still Active

I've been paying my TFG account for the past 3 years. Balance is 0 since July yet the debit order is still active. My lawyers have been trying to reach you guys for a settlement amount but you are not replying to our calls or mails. No statements no update as to why I'm still paying. Very BAD BAD SERVICE😡😡😡

Reviewer Update
Accounting & Information Rights Proof of Debt: Debt collectors must provide debtors with a clear, written breakdown of the outstanding principal debt, accrued interest, and allowable collection fees upon request. Receipts & Records: Debt collectors are obligated to issue written receipts for all payments received and maintain proper financial records. Allowable Fees: Debt collectors may only charge fees and expenses specified in Annexure A (the Tariff) of the Regulations under the Act. Charging fees in excess of the statutory tariff is a breach of the Code of Conduct. Enforcement & Oversight: The Council for Debt Collectors regulates compliance with Annexure B. Debtors have the right to lodge formal complaints with the Council regarding improper conduct or improper fees, which can result in disciplinary action, fines, or de-registration of the debt collector. You don't respond to calls, mails and are very quick to deduct money! My profile has not been updating for years! According to you Guys I've missed payments for the past 3 years but you are deducting!!!! These are All being Violated!!!!! Yet you claim to be doing these ******** things under this Act!
