Debit order

I was called by Easton berry collection today regarding my rain account andI arrange to settle the full amount which I'm owing and I was told that I will receive a debit order requesting the amount and I haven't received it even now.

Kindly be advised the cell number the team used has to be linked to your bank account details supp**** for you to receive the request.

We encourage you to kindly log onto your banking app to authorize the debit order should you have not received the pop up notification prompt.
