CRUAL,BAD,HORRIFIC SERVICE

These people are giving me the run around.I call request a supervisor they stall I never get answers.They send me a statement to which they show how much I still owed them ... I pay that amount and they send me another statement new amount I just keep on having to pay more and more.I was under the impression that that a statement show starting balances ,ones that were deducted and one which you still owed .Not with them i record my calls too,the agent says to me mam u cant calculate anything and we cannot determine when you wil be finished so.I am paying forever becuase not me not them can decide when I am done .So does this seem fair to anyone out there .These people are milking our people dry I fear for our uninformed people that this has been hapenning to and TFG IDENTITY AND TRUEWORTHS HAS BEEN USING THESE PEOPLE FOR YEARS TO CRIPLE US.AL I need is claification someone who knows what they are doing from them to call someone who actually wants to help me.But can they do that no.THESE PEOPLE ARE CRUAL TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS .I MEAN WE WANNE PAY BUT JUST BE FAIR.They have my bank statements I sent they dont care what the have debited they just want to keep on doing it I need a call from a supervisormanager or someone otherwise I think I need a lawyer.
