Couldn't Dispute a Debit Order Amount Because Easton Berry Blocked My Email Account

I had a 3-month debit order that I had fully paid off. Then another amount was debited from my account, which was not the initial agreed upon amount. I emailed to dispute the debit order. The email and my account was blocked by Easton Berry Attorneys. I want a reason for the deduction and furthermore, I want the money that wasn't agreed upon returned to my account.
