Contact Centre forever busy!!!

I been trying to call the contact Centre yet all I get is all the lines are busy and I must hold the line, it's actually everyday the same thing and I can't be holding on for hours on end without anyone calling...

Anyway I was supposed to settle my Capfin loan account this month but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to. Please can I put a payment arrangement in place?? Call me back cos I ain't callihg to hold the line for hours
