Confirmation of account settlement

I paid my debt with Rain through tour organization as I was advised by one of your agents but no confirmation to payment was received. I did not receive proof that the debt was settled but I paid on the 30 May 2023 and I called Rain to confirm that I paid and settled but according to Rain no payment was received on their side. How come is this since I paid and I have proof of payment but no confirmation that I settled it.

Please assist urgently
