I am not happy with how Easton Berry is handling my case,I went back to Me Price as advised by them and we made a call to their head office to enquire about my account.I was told nothing is showing to them because I am not in arrears and they asked me to asked Easton Berry for the payed up letter and I am still waiting

Our system at present reflects an outstanding balance due and payable.
In terms of handover and as per your initial credit agreement with Mr Price Group, you are liable for the balance inclusive of legal costs.
We conclude a statement and bank details have been provided to you to make payment to enable our office to assist with paid-up letter.
