Claiming a Prescribed loan.

This company is a **** I had an account with Kanga finance in 2019. The account had prescribed and then Easton-Barry attorneys phoned me saying they want me to pay them. I kept on telling them that the account has prescribed . I contacted all 4 credit bureaus (Experian,Transunion,XDR and VCCB), to carry out an investigation They came back with the results that indeed the account has prescribed and closed.

Please be careful with these guys. And their attorneys who are rude. one of them when I read act 68 of 1969 prescribed debt law she asked me how is she supposed to know tha law when she is only an agent and close the call.

Whenever I told them of this law they were always closing the call

You will play with the people who doesn't know the law not me. You are legally not allowed to claim a prescribed loan!!!.
