We hereby conclude all call charges billed on your account is in accordance to the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998.

- 08.06.2023 – to inform you of the debt and establish a payment arrangement hence call charged.
- 04.01.2024 – Call directed to you on which payment arrangement had been concluded for monthly payments of R 100 to made on the 27th of every month via direct deposit.
- Payments have commenced since accordingly however the February payment made had an incorrect reference number hence delay in payment allocation.
- Due to the delay in allocation of payment made in February 2024, the system had detected a default in payment hence payment arrangement concluded on 04.01.2024 had become invalid.
- In light of the above your account had fallen into the “Broken ptp” category hence calls directed to you on 04.03.2024 to secure a payment arrangement which resulted in call charges app****.
We hereby conclude all call charges billed on your account is in accordance to the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998.
