CAPFIN LOAN ACCOUNT

I am currently under debt review with huge regrets. My debt counselor is of no help! Capfin with whom I took out a loan is of no help! I am at wits end! Capfin keeps on referring me to Easton-Berry collection agency who apparently handles my account. Despite sending lots of emails to this collection agency they JUST DON'T REPLY! I am unemployed and financially not in a position to phone from one province to another as this agency are located in KwaZulu Natal. All I want is a balance owed statement!
