Can not get Paid-up letter

Worst ever experience I have had. Have been waiting for a month for a PAID-UP letter. No replies on e-mails. Tried calling but just keeps ringing. Send e-mails to Gerelene Moodley at *** with *** but no reply. They are very quick to contact you for outstanding debt but requesting them for the paid-up letter they just do not care. Wish I can give a ZERO STAR Rating.
