Blatent harssment

I have been called multiple times a day and its becoming blatent harassment. I have spoken to your agents and explained that at the moment i am unemployed and am still waiting for the SRD to approve before i can make a payment. They hang up after that. I know i owe the money but is it nesseciary to call a person multiple times a day.
