being treated badly and not getting my own salary that I have worked for
this place is messing around with me i served their notice as provided unlike the ones who just leave but I was not paid my leave days and some off my salary as am going home but it's fine I'll deal with them when 8 come back my lawyer advised that I ask for a written note of why they doing this full of treats they are thats oneof the things I resigned u will still update more
The employee in question app**** for leave and subsequently placed her resignation. The Employee failed to advise us that the leave should be cancelled and as a result the leave was deducted. The Employee did not serve the full notice period and therefore additional days were deducted as the Employee failed to communicate the absence nor provide a medical certificate.
The Easton-Berry Group will reimburse the Employee for the leave days that was not cancelled
