Battle with paid up letter
Firstly I kindly request a paid up letter for my game account.
Secondly I have been going back and forth between Mr price and yourselve so kindly assist.
I had one installment left before my Mr price was settled. When I called I. I was advised Mr price retracted the account from you. I call Mr price and according to them I paid the account up hence the withdrew the account from you but a paid up letter needs to be obtained from you. Kindly assist with this mess as it's preventing me from submitting for my clearance certificate. Looking forward to your response urgently in this matter.

29 Jun 2021, 10:48Please can the Mr price be sorted. Mr price took the account away as according to them they are paid up. I called u guys and you guys can do anything as they took the account away. Please help me I will pay whatever is do as you guys are preventing me now from getting my final paid up letter
