Bad service

You have a very Rude and Entitled Call centre Agent by name of FAITH. Not sure if you have quality assurance department, But your agent needs to learn that we are clients not her KIDS...listen to her calls and make her stay in her lane! How long ONE must wait for a Statement ? I taking this to twitter. I still called a few hours later, got a hold of the same Rude Faith, she still wanted to address me as a child and spoke over me...
