Bad custom service

Im writing this review to share my frustration regarding the level of service the call center agents of this firm handles calls. After a long time of waiting I was asked my name and details, and I explained I needed a paid up letter, and the lady hanged up on me. I call once a gain going through the process of waiting and finally another lady or is it the same I don't know picks up, request for my information once again and I give. She tells the payment reflects but the matter has not been closed. I ask her the chances of me receiving the payed up letter soon as I need it she hangs up on me, like what the...
