Account statement

Hi Good Day.<br> I had a account by RCS and went for Debt Counseling and after I cancelled the Debt Counseling then my account was hand over for collection by Easton Berry. I then made payment into the Easton Berry account after they send me all the details. Last month i ask for a statement but they could not find the last payment I paid into there account. I send a copy of my payment to Mr. Reginald Rampai and he told me that the email was escalate to there Finance department, but they never get back to me. My account was then hand over to Nortan Lambrihanos Attorneys but my statement is wrong by them it's R621.60 but after I made a payment by Foscini the statement was R221.60. I never recieved a statement by Easton Berry and they never phone me back to tell me that they fix the last payment into there account. Not even RCS can help me with a updated statement.
