Account arrangement cancelled unfairly and not able to contact company.

I am deeply upset at the service I have received and the undue amount of stress this whole Edcon account, has caused and it would seem no one is willing to listen .

I have, since the 3rd of April, when I was contacted saying I have defaulted on the account, produced them with multiple emails and telephone calls, the proof of payment showing that I did indeed PAY ON TIME and did NOT default on my account arrangement.

However, this morning I received another phone call saying I must make a new arrangement. As I, according to the lady I spoke to, she said I had broken the agreement.

After I assured her that I did not break the agreement and that I have paid and this is nonsense, she told me to email the same email again. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who can sort this out, I was just told to email this email address.

They said I did not pay for March, but I did on the 27th of March and have sent the proof of payment on the 3rd and 5th and 19th of April and the 4th of May AND 6th of May. I also cannot get through via telephone calls. So frustrating.

Please, I ask that I can be contacted to sort this out, as I have paid and many times have produced proof, yet no one gets back to me and now I have an unfairly placed account default that is purely due to no one contacting me after I produced proof consistently.

Good day Clinton B,

Please note inquiry has been investigated and detail correspondence issued to you.
We advise payments were honored however we have established February and March payments were made using incorrect references.
This resulted in a delay in allocation of payments resulting in the system identifying it as a payment default hence the original payment arrangement had fallen off the account.
In light of the above, we advise your account at present does not reflect a payment arrangement hence you are receiving calls from our agents.
To establish a resolve, we encourage you to kindly re-confirm the payment arrangement details as mentioned in email to enable our team to capture a new arrangement in this regard.

We conclude your inquiry is resolved from our end and we await your response to further assist.

Kind Regards
Maheshree
