ABSOLUTELY MAD THESE PEOPLE
I don’t understand…. I made payments arrangements but they tell me that every month it will accumulate interest? How does something I am paying for keeps adding interest? That defeats the purpose of paying for it?!!!!!!! Cause the balance used to be R1224 I paid R300 didn’t skip a month I get a call saying my balance is now R1209 how if I paid last month????? This is utter nonsense I will cancel the debit order if they continue being like this and the consultant was sooooo rude!!!

Looking at your account, we can see that the balance is indeed reducing and have arranged for you to be forwarded a detailed statement which will show how the calculations were done.
