Everyday without fail this company calls me looking for someone who isn't me I've requested on many many many occasions for my number to be removed pls assist me cos this is now frustrating and their staff cannot comprehend that I am tamsyn ganasen

Good afternoon I received an email from hlengiwe saying she is contacting me on an 031 number my number is *** it's amazing how ur staff calle on this number but u guys are calling me on the wrong number. also below is the numbers that keep calling

Once again, thanks for your patience.

The agent confirmed she did try contacting you earlier to determine which number the call center team were phoning you on.  This was to establish how best to address the matter and see when and the reason for the calls going to the said number.

Apologies for the above, as she confirmed that she meant to write she was contacting you from 031 number which is our office number code.  This was to ensure when she does phone you again, you know the call is from her and that the call was to assist in resolving the query.

Our team is further investigating and hopefully the matter will be resolved latest tomorrow.

Kindly explain after a few days of not calling your damn company sends the above response and at 1:05pm today your tried calling me twice
This is ridiculous and I think ur staff need to read notes I have worked in a call centre and this behavior is damn pathetic chantell

Thanks so much for letting us know this has happened again.

We truly must apologize.

We have initially supp**** your contact number you have given us to investigate, to our team to remove from our system.  They confirmed that the number does not pick up on our system at all, but nevertheless, they have referred the number to the "'Do Not Call'' List to ensure that it definitely dont receive any calls going forward.

Another investigation into your matter will be conducted urgently, to determine who is calling you and if the calls are coming from our side.

I will revert back before end of business today.
