A true ****mer's behavior by Easton Berry Collections

I am very disappointed in this company through their lies.We had a verbal agreement which I believe I over met within 48 hrs after pestering calls but having paid,they now tell me my payment is R47-00 short and hence they cannot issue a PAID UP letter.They sent a letter with only banking details for payment with no amount of which I sent an email requesting a written confirmation amount apart from the verbal which I heard as R2047-00 (Credit amount owed was R1800-00)during arrangement.I then paid R2100-00 within 48 hours.They kept quiet about their shortage with no communication until I demanded the letter and now they claim a short fall.This can only be a ****mer's behavior.I would suggest anyone should require a personal mail to the administration office than dealing with the automated response email machine which they later refer to with no answers.
