2 years for a paid up letter
I settled my Foschini account that was handed over to Easton Berry about 2 years ago. They failed to provide me with a paid-up letter and this was over 2 years ago. Now that my debt review is completely finished, they are requiring a paid-up letter from Easton Berry in order to provide me with my Clearance Certificate. Even though it's been 2 years, they still have the audacity to tell me that I have to wait 7 business days for my paid-up letter? Why didn't you just send it to me 2 years ago? Useless company
