Very bad service and communication

ECM William Moffat in Port Elizabeth had my car for 6 months. Initially waiting for a replacement turbo from overseas, finally fitted and the declared as faulty ?? Turbo repaired locally and fitted. Car was returned to me on a trailer, driver stated that the power steering was faulty and gave me a copy of an invoice for a replacement power steering pump. Service manager said he was unaware of this problem. Fortunately the local ECM garage in Port Alfred found the power steering pump fluid level was low. Very bad service and communication from William Moffat branch.
