Shocking service

Our vehicle has a Ford Protect policy and a claim was submitted by ECM. As my vehicle has branding all over it they assumed this is the reason my clutch has burned out. This was communciated to the insurance. There has been no support in assisting to resolve this matter with Ford Protect. Not sure why maintenance policies are sold as they never paid out. I will never but or support a Ford dealer again.
