Shocking customer care!

So, my headlight bulb on the bakkie fused so needed a new one. Stopped at Midas and they were very helpful, however, we couldn't get the cap off to get access to the build. Drove down to Eastern Cape Motors William Moffett Ford and purchase a bulb.

Ask for help to fit it, I get told it will cost me about R300. I asked if someone could just show me how to get the cap off and I will do it myself. NOBODY TO HELP ME THEY SAID. Then spoke to the dealer principle and he verbally explained to me what I should do, oh and to be careful as it might break.

Came home watched a YouTube and did it myself.

It took me 4min...
