Service Delivery

My dad has been trying to get his Ford Rangers Mechanical Problems fixed since 4 September 2017 ,The vechile has been sent in 3 times to their workshop to fix the problems but each time results are the same and the problems remain,we’ve contacted head numerous times and no action has been taken and no feedback are provided.,have to contact them each time to get feedback.This is truly pathetic when you pay such a large amount of money for a vechile and yet when service delivery is needed nothing happens.Would not recommend anyone to buy from the motor dealer.
