POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE FORD WILLIAM MOFFAT

hi there.

After sales service at FORD WILLIAM MOFFAT is absolutely terrible. Bought a Ford Ranger 2 years ago new from the dealership. Since the start, i complained about the radio not working properly. 2 years later and now the radio has switched off and wont work at all. I emailed both the Dealer Principal, Alan Percy and who i assume is the Owner, Steven. They either don't care or they don't read there emails as to date neither has bothered to return with a answer to my emails. It seems once you buy a vehicle there and they have your money, then they no longer care about you anymore.
