NO after sale service

Bought a new Ford Eco Sport in April 2015 - poor service then too but promised by manager Dale Cuthbert it will not happen again and that I should deal with him directly in future.<br> <br> I now have a problem with the windows and after numerous emails to Dale in the last month, I have not received a response.... regret buying a Ford. My first and last. <br>
