The service that I received was appalling. There was a complete lack of communication to me as the client. The absolute lack of consideration for the client is truly shocking. The service that I received from the dealership has definitely left me with a bad perception of how they value their clients. I have never before experienced such poor service from any other vehicle dealership and I will most definitely not be making use of the services offered by the dealership in the future.

I have tried to contact the dealership to discuss the matter, but after two weeks I am still yet to receive any form of communication from them. This complete lack of any communication with me as their customer is simply another testament to their poor service delivery and complete lack of consideration for customers' satisfaction
