Eastern Cape Motors Ford unprofessional

<div>I will never trust Ford Company any more and wont advice people to buy car from ford Eastern cape motors in king William's town. I took Ford Ranger 4x4 2.2 2018 to them. The problem was calibre for for a front passenger wheel. They called me for and told me they diagnosed it need some car parts replacement. Then we agreed. It was 2 September 2022. Whole September ford people were quiet, I call them everyweek they told me stories.until i went to them myself. They ordered the calubre from replaced it by October 2022 first.after the diagnoses they said the pipe for heater must be replaced soon not longer than 6 month,wheel nut, and wipers, also the battery. We agreed that I will buy those out of my own pocket and agreed. O also asked them to make service because I booked it for service. They made service for about october whereas to me they said service was done in September. When I was ready to take the car they said they were bussy cleaning. I must come late kabo past 16:00. Before I knock off at work I called them to know how far were they. They said its late I must Tommorow morning before 10:00 but they will call me.Next Morning by past 11:00 I called the office, they said that were bussy with it. Later on past 12:00 I called again they said its on test drive and there was a smoke coming out. I asked how because since I bought the car it never had such. They said they will diagnose again. After one day I call again then informed me that the engine knocked off/ dead. They asked me to buy new engine. I told them, the car was right when I took it to them except breaks problem. Second question why they continue with a service and later on it has got a problems. They dont want to fix the car. Mind the car I am still paying it. My number is ***</div>
