Complaint about Eastern Cape Motors KWT Branch
I got an experience of my life when I took my car fir service in 2021. That was when they did a major service to myFord Ranger. I only drove it for a week and I noticed that there was something wrong with my vehicle. I had noticed that there was a leak which was nit there before. I reported that to the workshop manager which told me he would conduct an investigation...I asked for the mechanic who was servicing my car and it came out that my vehicle was servicef by an unqyalified somebody. The workshop manager agreed to that statenent but was adarmant to say that he was working under the supervision of a qualified nechanic. He told me that it could have hapoened anytime as the car was getting old. I reported this to the mist senior person in their offices in King Willuam"s Tiwn. I met a very arrogant and a very ****** oerson who didn't even want to listen to my story. He told ne that it was not their problem and tiold me that I ciuld go anywhere to report the matter but he is nit taking the blame. The only solution they offered was that they can iorganise me a new engine at a price. I refused as I was not the one at fault.
I decided to reported this to Motor I ndustry and I am yet to get a response from them.
I need any assustance I can get as I am struggling to get to wiork. Remember that I am a disabled person who deoends on trabsport to get to work.
Any assistance to solve the problem will be appreciatef.
