Bad service

I bought a 2020 Ford Ecosport and within a year the engine had to be replaced.Gateway module packed up on 12 July but was told to only bring it in on 17th.I only got it back on afternoon of 24th and next day it would not start again.Reported it earlh morning on 25th and was ignored and had to beg for them to fetch it which tjey only did late afternoon.Get no communication from them at all which is frustrating as I work in Bhisho and have been without a car since 12 July
