East point rentals

Good day I trust you are well I bought a car from east point rentals last year October 2021 and I was making weekly payments for installments as per agreement. When I had a problem I could not pay for two three weeks they sent their own Sherrif to pick up the for safe keeping. And on that note I was given thirty days to make a payment of R8400 including R1500 for taking the Car and they said the car will be kept in Airport when I make payment with Thirty day I must come and collect the Car on the Fifth of Febuary I made a payment of R9900.00 when I had to collect the car till date no one is answering my calls no one is responding to my emails I need my car back or they must return my money back. May you please assist in this matter because I have played my part and I also have proof of payment and the documents they sent me, they so unprofessional.
