East Point Rental is not what it's claims to be they are scheming African in the main given the vulnerability of black people in SA. Their cars are only worth 7 day guaranteed. I rented a car from East Point Rental only to discover the put a 2021 battery in a 2022 module car which did not even last a month to drive. When you call them they claim they can't help you because the guaranteed is only 7 but you must pay for 3 years. They have the most rude agent you can get who don't respect clients or customer they will go all out to sell you the most damaged car they have on the floor they change rules as it please them not follow the policy or way of how their procedure stipulate. My view companies like this should be closed.
