Horrible hospital

I visited the Royal Hospital's emergency ward for the second time, and I can confidently say it's the worst place I've experienced. The staff was unfriendly, and I waited 45 minutes to an hour just to get assistance at the help desk. After that, I waited another hour to see my daughter’s doctor, who recommended an X-ray. The technician was incredibly unprofessional and had no patience for my child. She refused to do the X-ray, claiming my child needed sedation, but didn’t provide any guidance on how to prepare for it. She also mentioned she had other clients to attend to. We returned to the emergency ward and waited another hour, only to be told we needed to go back to X-ray. We finally went again, but still couldn't proceed with the X-ray due to the technician's poor attitude. The whole experience was frustrating, and after hours of waiting, I left the hospital feeling very unhappy and as if I had wasted my time and money.
