Highly disappointed

I am a patient here and I'm disappointed with the service.

Firstly, when I walked into my ward there was a whole back and forth about how there's no bed for me. Eventually they did find a bed. There are blood stains on the curtain provided for my bed. When coming back from theater and felt nauseous, I was given a visibly dirty dish to vomit in.

I arrived around 10:30 and nobody came to ask or inform me about the menu. At around 16:00 the gentleman who took me to theater called and informed the kitchen that they need to accommodate me as my meals ought to be halaal. They said after theater I'll be served fish and salad. Instead macaroni and mince were brought to me and i returned the food. At 20:30 I'm told there's only bread and tea.

The impatience and irritability of some of the staff members when one asks for assistance is very telling. The service leaves much to be desired. I cannot in good conscience recommend the place
