Harassment from Royal Buffalo Hospital East London

Royal Buffalo doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I have given them. What a horrible experience I have had. I gave birth in 2023 at the hospital and everything was fine until I received a call a year later claiming that I owe the hospital +_ R32000, upon investigation I discovered that they were claiming the money from me because they failed to claim from the medical aid on time. I have been receiving numerous calls from their employees and they all promised to escalate the matter and that the debt would be written off but up until today I am still receiving these calls and to make things worse they have handed the debt to some debt collection company.
