WORST EXPERIENCE

I will admit that East Coast Panel & Paint are by far the worst in the business.

A group of unprofessional individuals with a very poor work ethic and absolutely poor communication.

From the onset, I had communicated what I had wanted, and the lady by the name of Josephine had assured me that they would be able to get it done.

However, when I followed up, she kept giving me the run around and kept telling me she was following up with her colleague, Wesley, who was going sort it out.

However, when I followed up again with both of them, they kept contradicting each other.

I then tried to engage management on the issue by sending a very detailed email, thinking the issue would get resolved and my e-mail was not even acknowledged.

They are quick to ask and take your money promising you good service, but never give you feedback, unless you call and pester them.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would advise you to stay far away from this company and save yourself a huge headache.

My review is based on first hand experience with a thread of emails and WhatsApp communication to substantiate my claim.
