So disappointing!

My car was at this panel beater for 6 months + a week and was still not sorted 100%. I overlooked the small niggles and decided to have them sorted personally. Last month, 4 months after getting my car back from them, my car battery started to give problems. Realizing I had a 2yr warranty and the battery was less than a year old, I decided to go to through with my invoice only to be told it isnt the same battery I purchased! I called the panel beater on 14/10/15 initially and advised. Called again on 19/10 and was told the owner is in JHB, I will get a call back once he is in (supposed to be in on the same day) and it has been discussed. Called once more the following week with no luck. Eventually on 03/11/15 I get a call from the receptionist requesting my bank details for reimbur*****t (battery was R800). Sent my bank details (still got proof of it sent on the 3rd) but a week later... Nothing! Call again and the receptionist advises she would look into it and call me back. Still no call or money, and as my car's computer box started to malfunction, I was forced to fork out another R850 to get a new battery. More than a month of back and forth for nothing.
