poor car service

worst service i have ever received from panel beater. authorization was given for my vehicle to repaired on 14/12/22. car is double cab , damaged on drivers side both front and back door , just near tail light on drivers side , the body was damaged as the vehicle was knocked at, left rear wheel arm bent , front light driver side and bumper damaged, prop shaft broke, drivers side wheels both burst and passenger side rear tyer damaged. all parts for repairs received december. from 14/12/22 till 9/01/23 they only fixed passenger side rear tyre arm rest of the car remained un touched. yet they have been sharing emails saying the car is at mechanical repair twice 20th and 22nd of dec 2022 , third one it said the vehicle is at panel beating stage from Tamlyn Pillay , i requested for progress photo they sending me email saying it at mechanical repair again now. i sent another email requesting photo , photos they sent on a mere 15% of the repair is done and that was on the 6/01/2023. it very very unfortunate we get such services,. i would advice not to allow your insurance to send your vehicle to this place it a pain in the ass. and i will sure leave discovery for not being firm with their service provider
