Never seen or came across with such unprofessional staff. I received a message on the 5th stating that my car was ready for collection. Went there on the 6 at about 16:00. Fortunately I took my mechanic with me. ABS light was on and refused to switch off . The guy who connected the machine was furious as he started banging his head with both of his hands. The car was taken back to the workshop no one explaind to me. I sat there for more than an hour. No tea/juice/water offered. My mechanic went up to the workshop tio facilitate them, he is the one who identified the fault. No appology I received. I was told they did me a favor for removing the light. I do not know weather I suffered because I have no voice or I am of low socio economic status. Worse company you can trust with your car
