Bad Service @ East Coast Panel & Paint

My insurance arranged for my vehicle to be repaired at East Coast Panel & Paint 28 September 2018.

Soon after that they were given authorization to start my vehicle but up until today the vehicle is not ready.

They promised to deliver the vehicle on the 26th October but when I came in to collect, they promised 29th it will definitely be ready.

What makes it worse they informed me that my vehicle is complete and when I get there it is not.

Now they keep on postponing and lying to me. I do not think they are reliable and I’m warning anyone who wants to take their car to them.

I use the car for my business and now suffering... I have to use my own money to pay for the car installment and insurance since it’s no longer generating income.

To all the SMME’s around SA, we fail at our businesses because of companies like East Coast Panel & Paint.
