Bad service

They came to assess my vehicle which was parked at home after an accident. Instead of assessing & then reporting back to the insurer. My car was taken. Only to be kept with no further explanation. When I called after a week I was told car parts were being sourced. After 3weeks I then discovered that no work is being done as they are waiting for approval from the insurance company. On which grounds was my vehicle taken, if approval was not received. Why there is no transparency between the panel beater & the client. Why was I given false information. Should I have not agreed with the insurance company how was I going to have my car back. Please operate sincerely and not take advantage of customas. My car has been with them since 8th of July to date.
