East coast auto parts Clairwood

I will like to warn anyone dealing with East coast auto parts in Clairwood Durban. I recently purchased a plastic wheel arch for my Ford ranger and realised it has some differences compared to the original and returned the item and asked for the correct part or refund. They didn't have the correct part and now refuse to refund me the money. After speaking to the owner he assured me I will be refunded but every week I call in he gives me some excuse and it's going on for the 3rd month. Very horrible frustrating service and a disgrace to businesses and human courtesy. 0 stars.. *******
