Bad Custer service
Payday them a R4000 deposit on parts, they gave me a date for my pickup, i came and the parts were not there , they gave me another date and said my bumper was available, when i got there it wasnt, and they said they would communicate with me, they never did, after waiting over a month i sent them a text and called asking for a refund, they ignored me, so i went there to ask for my refund of R4000, they made me wait for an hour before telling me that my refund cant be processed coz their accountant only comes in on fridays, so I have to wait for 7 to 14 days for me to get my money, their customer service really disgusting and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them

Bad service
I purchased a hyndai 120 door handle for an amount of R895 and paid same to them .They advised that i can collect same today around 9am , we went and they advisee that , they will deliver at 13h00 today ,13h00 passed i tried calling their offices on their land line number but kept saying busy number is *** and on their cell number *** to no avail. Just after 13h00 i also sent them an email as I urgently need the handle I have sent my brother to the shop as they are now giving us a run around till now they have not delivered. All i need is a door handle i paid for. Thank you

Paid for an item in advance hoping to have it fitted timeously, they provided the wrong product twice, when requested a refund 2 weeks turned into 3 months. Still no refund unfortunately. They make promises they cannot keep and make you do the run around for your money.
