Earnersoption trading platform

Beleuve I got ****ed. I invested money 1000.in 3days my profit on trading acoount went up to R14000 I then received an email stating that I must now pay R3000 for withdrawal fees then only I can withdraw my profit off 11000.how is this posible. That you need to pay first to get your profit. Profit show 14 000.then I must pay 3000 in for withdrawal fees wich is then 17000 But can only withdraw 11000 wich I have no idee how to withdraw.the email sent to me has no cimpony name on it or any contact details.the lady that did the trading name is pacha hou Hartsfield.so now I have basicly lost my initial money invested unless I pay in 3000. Please could you look in to this and warn people before they invest.
